Having become increasingly frustrated with suction cup corner shelves (I've come to the conclusion that it's the suction cup itself that gets enough soap scum that ultimately leads to their falling off), I thought this looked like a good alternative since I *need* a corner shelf in my shower. It's been up about two weeks now and so far I'm delighted. There's a little bit of a wiggle in the sleeves that slide over the plastic pieces attached to the wall but it's a wiggle against a firm lock and it may have been my inexpert installation that's left the wiggle. In any event I can't much blame the product for the woggle. Just noting it.
I'd give this a 5 star review save for my time-limited experience. But if it holds as firmly as it's doing now, this is exactly what I was looking for. Now make me a fog free shaving mirror that's big enough to do the job 3M!

This thing work perfect in the kitchen sink to hold the sponge and wet towels. As first it look big,..but my sink is pretty big and deep. Not recommend for smaller sink,..since its pretty big. And this stick very good with stainless steel.
Better than tension shelves May 6, 2010

For years I have used the tension pole type of shower caddy because they have more shelf space at a more convenient height than the usual caddy that hangs over the shower head pipe. However, they would not fit the ceiling to tub height in my new home, so I ordered 2 of these. Fantastic! Mounts easily and securely. It was so big that I only needed to use 1, gave the other to my son for his bathroom. Definitely recommended product.

I've tried every type of corner shelf in my son's bathroom. Nothing has worked because his tiles are not smooth. This really worked. We followed the directions carefully and the shelf has stayed up for almost 2 months, no problem.

I have had this 3M corner caddy hanging in my shower for about 2 months and have had no problems with it. It was easy to install (I watched the installation video on the 3M website before purchasing & read the included instructions carefully) and the adhesive strips are sticking very well. I have several items in the basket and it is holding the weight well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I hate to spend $20 on a single storage basket.
